Either you're looking to make a change — maybe you're in another industry, maybe another corner of healthcare — and something keeps pulling you toward pharmaceutical sales. Or you're just starting out, you can see the kind of career this could be, and you're trying to figure out how on earth to break in.

Either way — you're in the right place. And I want to tell you why I built this.

I've spent more than fifteen years in this industry. All of it in hematology, oncology, and rare disease — some of the most complex, most meaningful corners of pharma there are. I've sat across from providers in small community practices, and I've earned my way into the most exclusive academic accounts in the country. I've carried the bag, learned the science, built the relationships, and figured out — often the hard way — what actually works.

And here's the thing I kept noticing. This is one of the most rewarding careers you can build — the work matters, the income is real, and the ceiling is high. But from the outside, it can feel like a locked room. Everybody wants in, nobody will tell you where the door is, and the people hiring seem to only want folks who've already done the job. It's a frustrating loop — and it keeps out a lot of people who would be genuinely great at this.
